- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may not use BrandCC if doing so would violate applicable law or these Terms.
2. Platform Use
- BrandCC provides software tools to help brands and creators discover opportunities, communicate, and manage campaign offers.
- You are solely responsible for your business decisions, campaign terms, and third-party relationships formed through the platform.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, performance, or revenue from using BrandCC.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BrandCC for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct.
- Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Interfere with security, performance, or integrity of the platform.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and secure BrandCC.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Pricing, billing terms, and renewal terms presented at the time of purchase are part of these Terms.
6. Termination
You may stop using BrandCC at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or as required by law.
7. Disclaimers
BrandCC is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandCC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of BrandCC after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BrandCC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
